Ministry in New England in the 21st century is tough. Decline, disillusionment, distrust, and discouragement all impact our ability to lead congregations. Thriving In Ministry in New England exists to address these issues and to equip pastors and congregational leaders. This work is done primarily through pastoral cohorts and a set of resources we offer to pastor for encouragement and perspective in ministry.
Cohorts
We offer cohorts made up of pastors in all stages of ministry led by experienced mentors. Each peer cohort is a structured community focused on facilitating learning and growth in spiritual formation, self-care, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, marriage & family, and leadership & management.
Support and Resources for Ministry Leaders
We recognize that pastors will at times need an outside perspective to help them gain clarity for their personal and professional lives. Through testing, coaching, consulting, and counseling we provide resources to help you gain that perspective.
Young Pastors from Seminary to Ministry
The transition from the seminary classroom to a ministry context may not always be easy. We offer cohorts of young pastors to engage with issues that they will face with the leadership challenges of doing ministry in today’s world.
