When were the apartment buildings built?

A and B Buildings were built in 1976. C Building was built in 1979. D, E and F Buildings were built in 1987.

Is there storage on campus?

There is limited storage for each resident. Apartments have individual bins in either the loft or basement areas of designated buildings. Residence Hall residents each have access to one loft space based on availability.

Are heating and air conditioning provided?

Buildings A, B and C are equipped with dual heating/air conditioning units (cost is included in the monthly rent fee). Residents in D, E and F Buildings have heat (cost is included in the monthly rent fee), and they are welcome to install their own window air conditioners. Residence Hall facilities are not equipped to support air conditioning units, but heat is provided (included in the semester dormitory rate).

Where are laundry facilities on campus?

Buildings A, B, C and D have coin-operated laundry facilities on the premises. Buildings E, F have coin-operated facilities located on each floor. Residence Hall residents have laundry facilities located in each building.

How much parking is available?

All campus residents are allotted one parking space per apartment/residence hall room. Additional parking is available in visitor lots during designated hours.

What is your pet policy?

Pets are not permitted in the apartments or residence halls.

How do residence hall residents obtain their meals?

All students living in a residence hall are required to participate in the Board Plan (see the catalog for details). Each residence hall also has a lounge with a television, refrigerator and a microwave.

Is off-campus housing available?
