Dr. Coleman teaches and preaches around the world. Widely known for his ministry as a disciple-maker and evangelist, for many years he gave leadership to the Billy Graham Center Institiute of Evangelism at Wheaton College, along with the International Schools of Evangelism. He is a founding member of the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelism, and a past president of the Academy for Evangelism in Theological Education. A prolific writer, hundreds of articles and twenty-one books have come from his pen, including The Master Plan of Evangelism, The Coming World Revival and Singing With the Angels. Translations of one or more of his books are published in 100 languages, with English editions alone exceeding 5 million copies in print. Prior to coming to Gordon-Conwell, he was Director of the School of World Mission and Evangelism at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
