It's impossible to complete seminary in isolation…far better in the context of community. Setting apart time to develop spiritual friendships will significantly enhance your seminary experience. We trust you will develop life-long friendships here that will serve as confidantes for many years to come. We will ask each seminary student to join a small group throughout your years on campus. We will come alongside each facilitator of our small groups with training and resources to enhance this vital experience. Once the joy of relationships is established, you will be grateful for the support network you create at Gordon-Conwell, which in turn will serve as life-enriching fellowship for the decades of ministry ahead of you.

 

Dynamic Paradigms

 

There is not simply one way of disciple-building; in fact, there are as many ways as there are people groups and needs in this world. However, there are timeless, biblical principles that shape each paradigm available to the body of Christ today. We want each seminary student to come in contact with as many life-transforming ways of presenting the gospel and growing disciples as possible. We host an Annual Forum that addresses the question of “what are the dynamic paradigms for disciple-building for today's world?” We desire that each seminarian understand the biblical mandate for discipleship and we hope to offer resources and training that will prepare you for wherever God's call leads you into serving others...as together we proclaim the whole gospel to the whole world
